Silva Morasten- since 2012 she has been performing her own music, accompanying herself on the piano. Her compositions are mostly settings of foreign language poetry. Stylistically, the work is based on chanson, but with strong elements of classical, oriental folklore, jazz and blues. Since 2018, she has been deepening her knowledge of non-Western musical systems - Arabic and Turkish makams or the Indian style of "dhrupad", in which she was trained directly in India.Including singing lessons, she undergoes music therapy training under the auspices of the Czech Music Therapy Association.
