Petr Váša is an exceptional singer, songwriter, performer and experimenter, probably the only Czech musician capable of playing literally with his whole body. Besides performing as a musician with his band Ty Syčáci, he is also active as an artist and regularly leads workshops and seminars.

He graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Brno, founded, among other things, the musical groups Z Kopce and Ošklid, and after their activities ended, he devoted himself mainly to the project of physical poetry.He published, among other things, a book of poetry and drawings with an accompanying audio cassette Texts, poems, poems physiques and a CD Cirkus-Chaos-Minaret, which he considers to be a sound-image "definition" of the genre of physical poetry.

After years of solo performance, he founded the musical group Ty Syčáci, with which he has already released a number of albums. He is currently busy with his solo "opus in trans-Latin" Tomvansong and the preparation of a Manifesto of Physical Poetry (in audiovisual form) for the 15th anniversary of the genre.
